DK Pittsburgh Sports, the first independent sports media outlet of its kind in North America, was created in 2014 by Dejan Kovacevic, an award-winning columnist and veteran of 25 years with Pittsburgh's major newspapers.

On April 29, 2022, we opened a new home just around the corner from Pittsburgh's historic Market Square, a headquarters/shop that also serves as the office/studio for our 12-year-old company's staff and as a unique retail outlet offering the latest in officially licensed apparel, plus, books, photos and other merchandise related to the Steelers, Penguins and Pirates.
